Tver Marina Village is the perfect place for relaxation, built around a yacht marina with 120 berths. It also features a hotel with 200 rooms, which is ideal for hosting large conferences and banquets, a modern Country Club & Spa, as well as a Promenade with a variety of trendy boutiques, themed restaurants, and leisure facilities.

The concept of the master plan.

Masterplan and zoning

The plot is elongated and rectangular in shape, located on the left bank of the Volga River, between Lenono and Poddubye in the Tver region, and is connected to a road. The total area is 48.0 hectares, with the southern boundary being the Volga River. The western boundary is allocated for private land plots for garden structures, while the northern boundary is designated for recreational purposes. The terrain of the plot has a gentle slope with an elevation difference of about 3 meters across its width. Small streams flow through the area, which feed into the Volga River. The plot is located in the "third sanitary protection zone" related to sources of groundwater, where certain usage restrictions are in place. The adopted planning solution provides for the placement of five complexes, which will be built in stages. Each of these is connected by recreational areas with the streams flowing through them. The complexes predominantly consist of apartment buildings and three-story villas, as well as two- and three-story townhouses and multi-story residential buildings. The apartments vary in the number of floors and feature mixed-use ground floors, including two kindergartens with thirty-five places located on the ground floors of the multi-story buildings. A portion of the area is designated for the construction of a dry dock for the storage and minor repair of private yachts. Residential zones are connected by extensive landscaping for public use, including open swimming pools, sports, and recreational areas. Parking for villa and townhouse owners is located within their territories. The planning solution for the marina complex has the highest density of development and includes an artificial water body with docking facilities for yachts (a yacht port), a yacht club, a country club, a riverside hotel, multi-story apartments, and standalone facilities for sports and recreation.
