A contemporary technopark in Skolkovo, bringing together office, production, and storage functions within a single volume.
The idea
The technopark in Skolkovo was conceived as a contemporary environment where work, production, and research processes are brought together within one coherent volume. At the core of the project is the idea of the technopark not only as a functional building, but also as an open point of interaction, where technological character is combined with a comfortable working atmosphere and clear architecture.
Architecture
The architectural character of the building is defined by the contrast between its two main parts. The office block is conceived as a lighter, more open volume with panoramic glazing, while the production block is designed as a denser, more technological structure. This contrast emphasizes the building’s dual function and gives it a clear and выразительный architectural identity.
Façades and materials
The façades of the office section are defined by the rhythm of vertical metal mullions and panoramic glazing. In the production block, brushed aluminum panels and perforated lamellas are used to visually lighten the volume and make it feel more human in scale.
