The "Marko Mall" shopping center is not just a place for shopping, but a true "gateway" to the city, reflecting the modern appearance and spirit of Ryazan. As part of the project, the client set an ambitious goal — to create not only a stylish building but also a comfortable and attractive environment for residents and visitors, turning it into one of the favorite spots for leisure. BLANK was responsible for the interior, navigation, and landscaping.
Interior
The main idea behind the renovation of the outdoor area of "Marko Mall" is based on the theme of travel, symbolizing the diverse opportunities that open up for visitors. Here, everyone can find something for themselves: from shopping and gastronomic delights to entertainment and engaging hobbies such as sports, science, and personal growth. The new style of the shopping center combines modernity and technology with elements of tranquility, realizing the concept of an urban promenade. The interiors of the food court and relaxation areas, designed by Blank studio, are executed in natural shades that create a cozy atmosphere. A light neutral background, on which the furniture and structures stand out, is formed through custom lighting and original ceiling designs. The project actively utilizes natural wood and an abundance of greenery, emphasizing the connection with nature and creating a harmonious space. The green color, which also serves as a navigation element, is present in auxiliary zones, adding bright accents to the overall palette.
