About the unit
In 2021, in response to the established market demand, we created a branding and navigation department within the bureau. The new direction implements projects in the field of creating and renovating brands, and is also responsible for developing visual navigation in commercial and residential real estate objects, public spaces.
The formation of a successful object brand takes place at the stage of creating an architectural concept and how much the architecture and design resonate with the brand and the values of the future project directly affects its demand by end consumers and its perception in the context of the environment.
The department's team consists of strategists, graphic and 3D designers with more than a decade of experience in working on identity and designing navigation systems for residential, commercial, sports objects and public spaces.

Strategy
- Conducting briefings with the project team;
- Identifying key visitor segments;
- Customer journey mapping (CJM):
Identifying and visualizing the paths and stages of interaction of each visitor segment with the object/territory and infrastructure;
Identifying and visualizing key "problem" areas at each stage of interaction of each visitor segment with the object/territory and infrastructure; - Determining the hierarchy and typology of navigation carriers based on functional requirements, selection of references for each type of carriers;
- Identifying preliminary locations for navigation carriers on plans;

Design
- Materialboard: defining the approach to materials, colors, textures, shapes;
- Iconography design;
- Typeface selection;
- Visualization of all types of navigation carriers (3D models rendering);
- Linking each type of navigation carrier to renders/photos of the object;
- Schematic drawings of all types of navigation carriers, including front and side views, views from above, indicating the overall dimensions of all carrier elements and their placement height;
- Selection of recommended materials for the manufacture of all navigation carriers, methods of their attachment, the presence of backlighting;
- Design of vector layouts of information content for each navigation carrier linked to its location;
- Preparation of the final guide for production and installation, a summary register of carriers.

Supervision
- Materials approval;
- Preparation of tasks for mock-ups, approval of mock-ups / pilot samples;
- Intermediate production control;
- Participation in acceptance of produced structures;
- Control of master installations and participation in acceptance of all installations.
