The proposed area includes an operational roof, a covered walkway, and an entrance to the shopping center. The suggested space represents a unique and attractive venue, integrated into the Mosaic shopping and entertainment center, while also having the potential for autonomous operation, creating an atmosphere of a "city within a city."
Concept
In the design, the focus is on eco-design, which harmoniously fits into the surrounding environment by using not only traditional materials such as wood and metal but also live plants. The project involves the use of hardy, winter-resistant plants, including grasses, ground cover conifers, small shrubs, and trees such as birches and linden, which will create a green oasis on the roof, accessible to city dwellers without the need to leave the shopping center.
