About the project
This formerly old building is located in the center of Moscow, near Sadovoe Kaltsoas, and makes up part of an office complex. It was fully refurbished and adapted into a theater as a tribute to a great artist. Concept by John McAslan + Partners Casson Mann.

Realization
This required the highest attention to be paid to the details, the quality of materials and work supervision. We prepared the architecture, structure, engineering systems and executive design, and guided it’s completion. We were able to achieve a high quality and high tech result while simultaneously respecting the building’s traditional background as well as the thespian arts.
