About the project
Blank created an architecture for a new residential complex of the developer "Argo". Blank also completed a master plan for the residential complex territory, which includes a landscaping. The project became the winner of a closed competition organized by the developer. With the participation of Inteko Blank worked on the next stages of the development of the object.
The idea
The project includes residential and public spaces designed in the style of modern architecture. Buildings of different heights form a single array. There will be public spaces for recreation and wide choice of infrastructure and retail. As part of the complex, an square with art objects of street design is planned, and in the recreation area with landscaping including. The facades of the towers made of light color, with an lot of glass. That allows to form an airy architecture of the object. The location of the buildings will determine the spectacular view characteristics of the apartments.
