About the project
The architecture of INHAUS housing in Sholokhovo is a vivid reflection of the best traditions of cozy European suburbs and reliable Scandinavian constructions. The country cottages designed by BLANK exude the charm of quiet Alpine chalets, harmoniously combining the ergonomics of Dutch homes with the strict geometry of Danish facades. These new creations seamlessly integrate into the established context of the suburban neighborhood, where an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility prevails.
Master plan
In the picturesque village of Sholokhovo, just 15 kilometers from the MKAD along the scenic Dmitrovskoye Highway, a modern suburban quarter has emerged. In 2023, a new melody of urban life began to resonate in the neighboring village of "Severny" with the opening of the "Fiztekh" station on the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya metro line, connecting the charm of the countryside with the dynamics of the metropolis. Development is progressing from the center to the outskirts: the highest density of construction and building heights decrease as one moves towards the periphery. In the center, there is a pedestrian square featuring a green park and a shopping boulevard.
Houses
Despite their compactness, the cottages surprise with a high level of comfort and coziness. On 115 square meters, everything necessary for creating a truly family atmosphere is located: bright and spacious kitchen-living rooms, cozy bedrooms and children's rooms, several modern bathrooms, and separate wardrobes.
