About the project
Apartment building N30 is located in the Oktyabrsky district of Novosibirsk, on the banks of the Ob River, between two bridges - the Oktyabrsky and the Bugrinsky. The complex includes: - Residential multi-apartment building with sections of 7-9 floors. - Public infrastructure facilities (offices) built into the 1st and 2nd floors of a residential building. - Ground and underground parking spaces. There were two stages in BLANK: Project documentation and Working documentation. Photos are provided by Brusnika company.
Details
The projects was designed in accordance with the requirements of the current regulatory documents, applied on a mandatory basis: SNiP, SP, NPB, GOST, MDS and the current legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as regional norms and rules.
