Clubhouse Obydensky № 1
Modern continuation of Ostozhenka's architectural code
About the project
Sminex-Inteco is building a private clubhouse in the quietest place in a prestigious district of Moscow, just 150 meters from the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. Its architecture echoes the historical development of Obydensky lane, Volkhonka, Ostozhenka and Prechistenka. The project is a six-story house and three villas with underground parking, a fitness room, a playground, a playroom and a space for residents to socialize. The house is designed with the best comfort systems to ensure silence, clean air and water.
The idea
We decided to realize the idea of a clubhouse combining a prestigious location, exquisite architecture and practicality. Clubhouse Obydensky № 1 will be an ideal space for a comfortable and luxurious life.
Concept
When creating the project of the clubhouse, we strived to harmoniously fit it into the existing architectural ensemble. This was reflected in the special lines of the building and the decoration of the facades. The architectural concept of the project is in the style of neoclassicism. In the process of work we carefully selected materials that could reflect the historical character of the surroundings. The facades of the house are decorated with cornices, platbands and pilasters. The project uses natural limestone, green marble, and patinated copper roofing. In the evening, the house comes to life through hidden lighting, highlighting its volumes and details.
Architecture
The multi-level architecture of the project, despite its small volume, is not accidental. It emphasizes the individuality of the house and creates a sense of scale. The facades of Obydensky № 1 are made of natural limestone, which serves as a background for rich marble and brass decoration. Green marble frames the tall floor-to-ceiling windows, adding grace and lightness to the facade. Symmetry is a distinctive feature of the composition of the house, it can be traced in the solution of the facade and in the individual elements of decoration. Patinated copper roof harmoniously fits the house into the panorama of Ostozhenka, giving it an aristocratic charm. In the evening and at night, Obydensky № 1 comes to life thanks to hidden lighting that delicately emphasizes its volumes and facade relief, creating a unique atmosphere of luxury and comfort.
