In a recent interview with CRE magazine, Georgy Gulasaryan, head of the hospitality design department at BLANK, shared his thoughts on current trends in the hotel business.

He noted that clients are increasingly willing to invest in equipping rooms and creating comfortable sleep infrastructure. Gulasaryan emphasized that country hotels and glamping sites represent promising areas for the development of unique sleep solutions.

According to him, unconventional approaches to organizing relaxation spaces can significantly enhance the attractiveness of such properties for guests. The expert believes that creating a comfortable sleep atmosphere will be a key factor in the competition for clients in the context of growing competition in the hotel services market.

In our opinion, one of the promising formats for the concept is country hotels or glamping sites. The latter do not require significant investment in construction and utilities. Consequently, owners can focus more on equipping the tent rooms. The individual placement of tents in the forest or by the river reduces noise from neighbors, while the presence of large, high-quality beds in the rooms significantly enhances their value in the eyes of guests, especially when combined with scenic views and natural surroundings.
