Luchi resort will appear in Anapa

A large-scale resort “Luchi” will be opened on the Black Sea coast, near the sandy beaches of Demete in Anapa.

The project will include hotels of three brands, including Azimut and Cosmos, 4* apartment complexes, a shopping center and a separate parking lot. The total area of “Luchi” will amount to 318.7 thousand sq.m.

For the facades of the buildings, united by the territory with the author's landscape, BLANK has provided solutions associated with the natural environment and history of the place.

The architecture of hotels, apartments and parking lot is based on the images of cypresses, ancient Greek columns, clouds and sea foam.

Within the framework of the landscape project there will be places for recreation, playgrounds for children, a special aquaplay zone, routes for walking along the landscaped embankment, as well as a “Sculpture Garden” with art objects by modern artists.

It is planned to complete the realization of the resort complex in 2027.
