Building process of the business center GEOLOG 2

In Moscow, on Obrucheva Street, the active construction of the new business center GEOLOG 2 continues, designed by the architectural firm Blank and being developed by Hutton Development.

As of today, the concrete slab for the -2 floor has been completed, and 30% of the concrete work for the -1 floor slab has been finished. Preparatory work is currently underway for the reinforcement and concreting of part of the first-floor ceiling.

Additionally, work is actively being prepared for masonry in the underground section of the building. The new business center will be located in a dynamically developing business district beyond the Third Transport Ring (TTK), providing convenient access to important transport arteries of the city.

The architectural concept of GEOLOG 2 continues the ideas laid out in the first phase of the project, with an emphasis on "tectonic shifts." However, a contrasting facade solution has been chosen for the new building, which will give it uniqueness and individuality.
