In the clubhouse “Obydensky No. 1” the excavation will soon be completed
In the club house "Obydenensky No. 1," designed by our company, construction work is actively ongoing.
As of today, the completion of the excavation is nearing its final stage: the excavation has been completed by 95%, and the bracing system is installed at 90%.
Work is underway on the waterproofing of the underground part and the concreting of the foundation slab. Additionally, the construction of the parking garage floors is continuing, with the installation of the minus third level currently in progress.
The club house, developed by the architectural bureau Blank and implemented by the developer Sminex, stands out not only for its exquisite classical appearance but also for its unique location. "Obydenensky No. 1" is located in close proximity to historic mansions, the Pushkin Museum, and the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, making it a project where history seamlessly intertwines with modernity.
The surroundings become an integral part of the project's DNA, creating a unique atmosphere for future residents.
