The long-awaited opening of the second phase of the Brosko Volna complex has taken place in Khabarovsk, covering a total area of 29,100 square meters.

The new facility includes a water wellness complex, a hotel with 240 rooms, retail spaces, restaurants, and many other services.

The Brosko project has become a true architectural masterpiece, shaped by the natural elements of water, wind, and sunlight. The two solid volumes of the buildings are "broken up" by the flow of water entering the Amur River, creating a unique visual effect.
