Monolithic works are actively progressing, with the structure already reaching the 4th floor. The building will feature apartments with terraces, private wood-burning fireplaces, and high ceilings of up to 3.5 meters.

This is the perfect place for those who value comfort and style! Installation of internal partitions has begun in the underground part of the building. Waterproofing work is nearly complete, and the concrete structures of the three underground floors are 75% finished.
