The BLANK Bureau wishes you a Happy New Year!

This year has become an important milestone in the history of our bureau. We are pleased to announce that Blank Architects has undergone a rebranding: our team, with extensive expertise in various fields—from architecture and design to branding and navigation—has united under the new name BLANK. Concise, memorable, and inspiring—that is the essence of our bureau's new brand.

In the past year, we celebrated the completion of several significant retail projects, including: Kuzminki Mall, ZUM Shopping Center, Marko Mall in Ryazan, EcoPark Shopping and Entertainment Center in the suburbs of St. Petersburg, the second phase of Brosko Mall in Khabarovsk, and the ART Center in Kazan. Currently, we are actively working on several projects in the construction phase, including the club house "Obydenki No. 1" by Sminex, the GEOLOG2 office building by HUTTON, and the HOLLYWOOD multifunctional shopping and entertainment complex.

We have also strengthened our expertise in hotel design, presenting the mega-resort "Luchi" in Krasnodar Krai. Furthermore, we continue to work on lobby concepts for residential complexes, including the new buildings of "Seliger City," Level South Port, and the Stanislavsky residential complex.
