The building harmoniously combines modern glass facades with traditional brickwork, creating a balance between heritage and modernity.

The entrance area of the center elegantly fits into the surrounding landscape and becomes part of a well-maintained boulevard. There are also plans for unique landscaping that will transform the area during the summer season.
