The objectives of the interior design for the "Matryoshka" shopping and entertainment center in Tyumen are to evoke the brightest emotions associated with the traditional Russian doll and to embody the idea of a national symbol by reinterpreting the traditions of Russian culture.
Idea
The design project is created using bright colors in the decorative materials of the shopping galleries. A large number of diverse modern geometric patterns, echoing the idea of traditional Russian designs, presents us with different "matryoshkas" that look contemporary and relevant.
Interior
All finishing materials, furniture, the food court concept, and the main atriums, as well as the restrooms, adhere to a unified style and create the right atmosphere for visitors. The "Matryoshka" shopping center has been planned primarily as a place for everyday shopping. It offers a clear set of operators with everyday goods and sought-after services. This shopping center is designed for local residents who love to come here again and again because they feel comfortable. Besides shopping, visitors enjoy simply spending time here with their children. The image of the "matryoshka" in the shopping center's design attracts children with its brightness, while it evokes pleasant nostalgia for adults, reminding them of their own childhood.
