Luchi resort will appear in Anapa

Near the sandy beaches of Anapa in Dzhemete, the construction of a large-scale resort called "Luchi" is set to begin.

This ambitious project includes hotels from four brands, among which are Azimut and Cosmos, as well as 4-star apartment complexes, a shopping center, and a standalone parking facility. The total area of the resort complex will be an impressive 318,700 square meters.

The architectural solutions for the building facades, unified by an author's landscape design, have been developed with consideration for the natural surroundings and the historical context of the region. The architecture of the hotels and apartments will be inspired by images of cypress trees, ancient Greek columns, clouds, and sea foam, creating a unique atmosphere for vacationers.

The landscape project of the resort will include the arrangement of relaxation areas, children's playgrounds, and a special aqua play zone. Guests will have access to well-maintained walking paths along the waterfront, as well as a "Sculpture Garden" featuring art objects by contemporary artists.

The completion of the "Luchi" resort complex is planned for 2027, and the project is already attracting the attention of both local residents and potential tourists. It is expected that the resort will become an important part of the region's tourist infrastructure and will contribute to the economic development of Anapa.
