Construction of the clubhouse "Obydensky No. 1"

The development company Sminex continues active work at the construction site of the club house, where the construction of the underground parking is currently underway.

In July, the framework for two underground floors was successfully formed, the foundation slab was completed, and the water supply networks were installed. Currently, work on the monolithic structures of floors -3 and -2 is ongoing.

The waterproofing of the underground part has already been installed at 60%, which allows us to confidently move forward with the construction. In addition, the builders have begun work on the monolithic structures of floor -1 and the installation of storm drainage.
