Public space for MR Group projects

In recent years, the MR Group team has successfully implemented several public space concepts authored by BLANK, which have already gained recognition.

Among the projects there are the unique interiors of the lobbies of the large residential complexes "Metropolia" and "Seliger City."

These works have been highlighted in a recent overview by the Redesign Home portal, which featured them as examples of luxurious interiors. Each residential complex has become unique thanks to the original designs created in various styles.

In "Seliger City," the interior concept is inspired by outstanding personalities—artists and pioneers—after whom the buildings are named. The lobby design incorporates reproductions of paintings, characteristic prints, and elements that reflect the spirit of travel and discovery.

The lobby of the "Metropolia" residential complex also captivates: in each building, the style and atmosphere of one of the world’s capitals are reflected. Residents, upon entering their apartments, feel as if they are transported to Stockholm, Vienna, Venice, or St. Petersburg, thanks to the carefully chosen shades and forms that reference the architecture of these cities.

BLANK continues to strive for the creation of unique and inspiring spaces that make urban life more comfortable and aesthetically appealing.
