In the clubhouse “Obydensky No. 1” the excavation will soon be completed

In the clubhouse “Obydensky No. 1”, which was designed by our company, excavation works are being finalized.

Now the excavation is 95% complete, the spacing system is 90% installed.

Waterproofing of the underground part and concreting of the foundation slab are in progress. The construction of floors in the parking lot continues: the minus third level is being built.

The club house with Blank architecture from the developer Sminex is distinguished not only by its exquisite classical look. “Obydensky No. 1” is located in a unique location: a stone's throw away from historical mansions, the Pushkin Museum and the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.

The environment becomes part of the project's DNA, where history meets modernity.
