Hotel projects and resort clusters in our portfolio

We present to you our projects in the field of hotel construction and resort complexes. We will take a closer look at some of the most striking examples.

Azimut Group Hotel in Magadan: a chamber hotel of 4* category. For the low-rise complex we designed an aesthetic volume with panoramic glazing and unusual color of facades.

Hotel complex AGOY SUN VILLAGE in Agoy village, Krasnodar Territory: a 4* and 5* category complex with wellness component. Its architecture is inspired by the rocky natural surroundings, and the location of the buildings allows you to see everything without being in plain sight.

Mercure Hotel in Moscow: we created interiors for the rooms of the 5* hotel in the historical center based on the color scheme of the surroundings. Blue and blue shades echo the pipes of HPP-2, rich scarlet is in tune with the Krasny Oktyabr factory and the Kropotkinskaya lobby. The art in the design refers to the proximity of the Pushkin Museum.

Maysky Hotel Complex, Krasnodar Region: inspiring hotel and villas on the Black Sea coast. We designed the new volumes while preserving the natural landscape and rare plant species on the site. This is architecture for contemplation and peace, complemented by a colorful component for family vacations.

Brosco Mall 2, Khabarovsk: the second phase of the shopping center on the banks of the Amur River includes a concept hotel with an operating roof, where we designed a complete public space with inspiring views.
