Speaking about the key criteria for buyers of luxury resort property, Petr highlighted the rationality of the investment, the possibility of seasonal living and, in some cases, rental income. Equally important are the project’s year-round appeal, its attractiveness outside peak seasons, and a strong architectural concept that is precisely integrated into the context of the place.
