It is already noticeable how the architecture of the GEOLOG business center is organically woven into the surrounding environment. The former industrial area on Obrucheva Street is rapidly transforming into one of the business hubs beyond the Third Transport Ring, situated in an actively developing belt of the capital.

The light facades of the GEOLOG business center resonate with the surrounding environment, creating a harmonious space for work and business. The high visibility characteristics of the offices are ensured by a large area of glazing and the presence of a terrace at height, allowing employees to enjoy panoramic views of the city.

At the same time, we continue to work on the next stage of the project — the GEOLOG 2 business center. We remind you that in 2023, the project received approval for its architectural and urban planning solution.

The architecture of the new building will conceptually combine with the already constructed facility, while the facades of GEOLOG 2 will feature a restrained color scheme, highlighting the unity of style and a modern approach to urban development.
