GEOLOG business center is preparing for commissioning

The GEOLOG Business Center has received its compliance certificate and is preparing for opening.

At the end of 2023, the GEOLOG Business Center, designed by the architectural firm BLANK, received its compliance certificate, confirming its readiness for commissioning. Currently, final preparations are underway for the opening of the facility, which has already harmoniously integrated into the surrounding landscape. Located in a former industrial area on Obrucheva Street, GEOLOG is becoming one of the key business centers beyond the Third Transport Ring, in a rapidly developing belt of the capital. The bright facades of the business center resonate with the surrounding architecture, creating a harmonious space for work and business.

One of the features of GEOLOG is the high visibility of the offices, provided by large glass areas and the presence of a terrace at height. This creates comfortable conditions for employees and contributes to productive work. Additionally, the architectural concept for the GEOLOG 2 business center is already in development. The new facility will conceptually align with the already constructed GEOLOG, while its facades will feature a restrained color scheme, emphasizing stylistic unity and a modern approach to architecture.
